Signing up for Service — Before You Begin
Easy accessibility to the meter at your service is required in order for our employees to do their job safely and efficiently. If you have a guard dog, or access to your service is through a locked gate, please make sure any dogs or pets are put up and the gate is unlocked.
To become a member of Twin Valley Electric and to connect or transfer the power you will need to supply the following:
- Member Application
- Pay $5.00 membership
- Pay the deposit or if you qualify provide a good letter of credit from current electric provider
- Current ID
- Social security number
- Service address of the location you would like connected
To fill out the form, download it first by clicking the blue, linked text above or to the right. Once complete, you can save the file and either email it to the cooperative or print it and submit it to the cooperative via mail or in person.
