Twin Valley Electric accepts credit or debit cards (Visa or Mastercard), check, cash and money orders.  For the convenience of our members, Twin Valley offers multiple ways to make monthly payments.

SmartHub

Using SmartHub through the web, smartphone or tablet (Android or iOS), you’ll be able to pay your bill, view your usage and contact customer service. Get step-by-step instructions to register using your computer or smartphone.

Pay Now is also an option through SmartHub allowing you to pay your bill without logging in. Just enter your account number from your bill and your last name to pay your bill quickly.        

Pay By Phone

To pay your bill by phone using credit, debit card or bank account please call 866-784-5500.

Be sure to have your account number and name as stated on the account to pay quickly.

Pay by Mail

To pay by mail, send a check or money order in the return envelope included with your monthly bill. If you are mailing a check without the return envelope, please mail to:

Pay In Person

Payments can be made in person during business hours 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. For our member convenience, a drop-box is also available at the office for after-hours payments.

Automatic Bank Draft

You can make your payment automatically by signing up for Automatic Bank Draft. Your bank account will be drafted on the business day before the 25th (due date) of each month. You will receive a statement each month from Twin Valley. The bill will say BANKDRAFT, DO NOT PAY. It’s quick and easy to sign up, simply complete the online application.

Budget Billing Plan

To help you better budget your household, Twin Valley Electric offers an optional budget billing service so you can pay the same amount each month. By averaging the seasonal ups and downs of your energy usage, Twin Valley will figure out your average use and send you a bill for the same amount each month.
